Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States — no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

 

Returns

 We want you to love your experience with us. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@kiaranaturals.us with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
