The Wellness Bar
How one Saturday at Nordstrom became a new chapter for Kiara Naturals
You sipped. You came back for seconds. And then you asked for the recipes. So here they are.
We honestly didn't know what to expect.
Last Saturday, we set up our table at Nordstrom Westfield Valley Fair with three botanical mocktails. Weeks of work with our mixologist. Ratios, garnishes, debating the Tajín. But no idea how a Nordstrom crowd would receive any of it.
People weren't just picking up a cup and moving on. They were stopping, calling friends and family over. One guest said she'd been looking for an alcohol-free option that felt genuinely ceremonial, not like an afterthought. Another asked if we shipped to New York. Many wanted ready-to-go packs.
It was one of those afternoons that reminds you why you started Kiara Naturals.
The moment that stopped everyone.
We poured the Indigo Reverie at least sixty times. Every single time, without exception, there was a gasp. The elderflower lemonade hits the butterfly pea flower concentrate and shifts right in front of you, from deep indigo to lavender-purple. No dye. No trick — pure plant chemistry.
"I've never seen a drink change color in front of me. It's like a little ritual in a glass. I need this in my life."
The Pink Courtyard was the crowd-pleaser. Bold, tart, warm from the ginger. People who said they don't like herbal teas finished the whole glass. Are you sure this is tea?
The Morning Mirage split the room in the best way. Half the guests raised an eyebrow at the Tajín. Then they tasted it. Most talked-about flavor of the afternoon.
The recipes. All three of them.
Every recipe above starts with our high quality botanical blends.

- Juice of ½ lime
- ¼ oz agave
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ginger beer to top
- 1Muddle fresh mint gently in the bottom of a glass.
- 2Add ice, concentrate, lime juice, and agave.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Morning Mirage
- 3 oz chilled Moringa Sunrise concentrate
- Fresh lemon juice
- Agave to taste
- A sprinkle of chili lime powder or Tajín
- Dehydrated lime and edible flower to garnish
- 1Combine concentrate, lemon juice, and agave over ice.
- 2Add a sprinkle of chili lime powder and stir. Adjust spice to your liking.
- 3Garnish with dehydrated lime and an edible flower.
Indigo Reverie
- 3 oz BlueMoon Magic concentrate, chilled
- 2 oz Belvoir Elderflower and Rose Lemonade
- Fresh mint leaves
- Mint sprig, dehydrated lemon wheel, edible flower, lemon wedge to garnish
- 1Fill a glass with ice and a few fresh mint leaves.
- 2Pour in the concentrate, then the elderflower lemonade, and watch the color shift happen.
- 3Stir gently. Garnish with mint sprig, lemon wheel, and edible flower.
- 4Serve with a lemon wedge on the rim. Squeezing it in makes the color deepen.
How to make your herbal concentrate
- Measure 2 tablespoons of your Kiara Naturals herbal blend
- Steep in 170–190°F water for 15 to 20 minutes
- Strain and let it cool
- Refrigerate until chilled
Make a batch ahead and keep it refrigerated. It holds well for up to 1–2 days.
Kiara Naturals is built on the belief that wellness doesn't have to be austere or complicated. It can be poured into a beautiful glass, shared with a stranger, and explained in two sentences. That's what Ayurveda has always been: knowledge you can actually use.
